The hat part itself was made with a nice thick material so it held its shape. For the bow that goes around the hat you need to steam it and place it where you like it. I feel like there are no other witch hats like this out there and it was just the coolest to wear for Halloween! I was the most chic witch around!

I received the item in a timely manner. However, it is just a giant piece of material with a pleated bow that will not fluff out and no instructions on how to tie it to my hat so that it looks like the picture. I have no idea what I'm supposed to do.
The hat is as pictured! The bow was easy to assemble. It comes in a loop with the bow pre-tied at the end. There is an attached piece of fabric like a belt loop that be used to tighten the band around the hat. I might just glue the band adjuster in place and then slip the band up off the hat. I haven't figured out what to do with all the extra tulle behind the adjuster. It can be wrapped around the hat more but is bulky. You can also wind it around your shoulders like a scarf. I like the hat plain without the bow, too. I requested 53 cm as the size, and it measured as a perfect 53 cm. I can also crease the top of my hat to flop over. If you want it pointy, you can stuff it with light newspaper or packing paper. Fabric is thick and holds shape well! Not too heavy.
I am not creative do disappointed when I got hat and ribbon where I need to assemble if I could assemble I would have bought tulle and tried myself now I have a DIY project when I needed and ordered a finished Witch Hat
