The item was as described. The leather is much thinner than I expected. The spikes are great. The tightening mechanism is a turnbuckle that seems far more heavy duty than necessary and adds to the weight of the item. The adjustment of the leather strap is rather clumsy in that it requires removing two small screws which hold the strap onto the nut of the turnbuckle. You "fit" it to your body in the tightened mode and then have to determine which of the holes punched into the leather you should fasten the strap to with the small screw. It requires some trial and error to get it right. Once you do, it is all good!

Clamps are definitely heavy duty, almost to a fault. They are a little heavier than they need to be so they tend to fall off with movement unless they are uncomfortably tight.

Works very well and has a huge range of adjustment. Fit and finish leaves something to be desired -- rough edges on straps and rough spots on the bracket the straps go through. Fun, none the less.
Nice toy perfect for breast bondage
Excellent item. Intuitive. The handles get a little bit in the way and work best towards the sides. All you need is a screwdriver to adjust for different sizes of breasts. Very easy to make them pop out with these. Much simpler than using rope.
