It's a great hat! It came bent like in the picture, but i set it straight & after a while it stayed that way like I wanted. I totally forgot to send the maker my measurement so i messaged her afterward & she responded & the hat fit perfectly!
I wanted to love this, but it was not shaped like the picture. sticks straight up and is VERY tall. Made my head itch terribly.

I'd probably give a 4.5. It's a thick material, but was tough to get the creases out and because the material is thick, it wasn't quite as floppy as I hoped it would be. But it held the bent shape I wanted with some safety pins. No real complains other than that though! Just remember to put your head measurement in the notes. Arrived on time and well packaged.
Perfectly customized witches hat for a reasonable price! Normally I cannot find a hat to fit my head, but this one was crafted exactly to my measurements.

Sturdy, well-made construction. Very tall and dramatic.
Very quick shipping. The hat is a great, heavy material, and maintains its shape well. The seam where the brim is connected is a little uncomfortable and itchy though, I had to put a headband under that area.

Quality, stready material. Popped right into shape out of the packaging. It doesnt stay bent to the side like the picture but i may need to mess up it more. Still happy with it being a traditional pointy hat.

Spectacular quality! The fit is perfect, and the materials and workmanship is solid.
Fabric was not what I was expecting, but sturdy. It's definitely a rigid, nylon foamy material, does not bend at the top like in picture, stands straight up. Was also small for my head, I don't consider myself to have a large head, but I guess if you have a bigger or normal sized noggin, this will run small
